Return & Refund Policy 

 

At House of Cashmere, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return items under the following conditions:

• Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of receipt to notify us of your intention to return a product.

• Return Shipping Costs: All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Condition of Items: Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and include all tags.

• Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Non-Refundable Items: Please note that items showing signs of wear, damage, or incorrect use after delivery are not eligible for a refund.

• Color Variations: Slight color differences due to screen settings are not grounds for return.
