Terms & Conditions — House of Cashmere
1. Applicability
These Terms & Conditions apply to every offer made by House of Cashmere and every contract concluded between House of Cashmere and the customer. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. The most recent version is always available on our website.

3. Products & Descriptions
We strive to describe and photograph all items as accurately as possible. However:

Slight color differences may occur due to screen settings and the nature of handcrafted materials.

All products are subject to availability.
4. Prices & Payment

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Shipping costs will be added during checkout.

Payment must be completed before your order is processed.

We accept major payment methods (iDeal, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, etc.).
5. Shipping

Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.

You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Delivery times may vary depending on location and customs clearance (for international orders).

We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties (e.g. courier services or customs).
6. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
You have the legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
Return conditions:

You must notify us by email within 14 days of delivery.

You then have 14 more days to return the item.

Returned items must be in original condition: unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with all tags still attached.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We advise using a trackable shipping method.
Exclusions:

Sale items cannot be returned.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:

We will issue a refund within 14 days using the same payment method.

If the item is returned damaged or not in its original condition, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount.
8. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return it and place a new order for the desired item.
9. Warranty
Our items are carefully checked before shipping. However, if there is a fault:

10. Complaints
If you have a complaint, please contact us in writing at info@houseofcashmere.nl within 5 working days of discovering the issue.
We will respond within 5 working days. If the complaint is justified, we will offer a suitable solution (such as a replacement or refund). If no agreement is reached, the matter may be referred to a mediator or the relevant legal authority.
11. Liability

House of Cashmere is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.

We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect use or external factors after delivery.
12. Force Majeure
In the case of force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or disruptions in transport), House of Cashmere is entitled to suspend or cancel the agreement.
13. Intellectual Property
All website content — including text, images, and product designs — is the intellectual property of House of Cashmere. You may not copy, reproduce, or use this content without written permission.
14. Applicable Law & Disputes
All agreements and legal relationships between the customer and House of Cashmere are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands unless otherwise required by law.
